National Pavilion Design & Construction
A national pavilion is not a large exhibition stand. It is a permanent-standard building delivered on a temporary programme, to a date that cannot move, under the technical regulations of the organizing authority and the political scrutiny of the country it represents.
We have delivered seven of them. That experience is largely procedural: knowing what the organizer’s technical review will reject before you submit it, what a Commissioner General needs to sign off and when, how site access and shared logistics work when hundreds of contractors are building simultaneously, and how to hold a completion date when a shipment clears customs late.

Frequently Asked Questions
How early should a country appoint a pavilion contractor?
Earlier than most expect. Design, organizer technical approval, procurement and construction typically span 6 to 12 months before opening, and the organizer’s submission stages are sequential a late appointment compresses construction rather than design. We are usually most useful during the concept stage, before the design has committed you to something the technical review will reject.
Do you handle the organizer’s technical approvals?
Yes. Structural, MEP, fire and life-safety submissions to the organizing authority are part of our scope, including responding to review comments and securing final approval.
Can you deliver a pavilion outside the UAE?
Yes. Design, engineering and project management sit with our Dubai team, and we deliver on site internationally through our own supervisory staff working with vetted local trades and fabrication.
What happens to the pavilion after the expo closes?
That depends on the participation agreement and what the client wants. We plan dismantling from the design stage — demountable systems, recoverable materials, and where required, relocation and rebuilding of the structure in the home country.
Do you work on museums as well as expo pavilions?
Yes. Museum and cultural fit-out covers display case and vitrine fabrication, conservation-grade lighting and environmental control, mount-making, interpretive graphics and immersive AV.
Can you take on a pavilion another firm designed?
Often. Send us the design package and we will review it against the organiser’s technical regulations and your programme, and tell you plainly what will need to change.
